The Company's role has been to catalyst, facilitate or accompany citizens in acquiring civic power.
Led by founder, Luther J. Sewell, the company's reputation for effective civic engagement of hard to reach citizens and ability to connect them to positioned stakeholders has grown. Since 1962 the certified minority owned business has conducted what are now seen as global best practices for increasing social empowerment - citizen voice, civic engagement, and political accountability.
